Field of Application

AQUA VR SERIES is used in garments screen printing industry as a rubber transparent and white paste for ready use mixing with AQUA WHITE VR and AQUA BASE VR up to 4~8% of pigment loading with other additives in order to achieve opacity and coverage, to improve the required color and wash fastness and to achieve soft handle rubber effect with good stretchy and matte feel to be expected on light and dark ground fabrics.

 

 

Background of the development

AQUA VR SERIES is mainly design for table use and is an excellent product which is ready to use where rubberized effect for vector design is required with stretchy, matte soft and good coverage. It can run on table and if on machine it is recommended mixing 4% of anti -blocking agent or non drying agent. It’s medium slow-drying characteristics support the mesh 43-77T mesh which is very much helpful to achieve the desired quality of print with color depth on light and dark ground of cotton and poly cotton blend fabrics.
