Field of Application

AQUA WHITE 120 WP is used in garments screen printing industry as a pigment paste for ready use on dark ground fabrics where discharge like print is required. The paste is prepared mixing AQUA WHITE 120 WP at required ratio (upon the pantone shade and type of fabric and shade or color of fabric ground) and up to 4~8% of pigment loading with other additives in order to improve the required color and wash fastness and to achieve the soft handle pigment effect with good and brilliant look on dark ground fabrics where discharge like print is to be expected.

 

 

Background of the development

Most of the major chain stores are losing interest in discharge printing effect containing high limit of formaldehyde which is established as a restricted substance with ultra-low value or limit. This is the reason why AQUA WHITE 120 WP is designed to meet the requirement of quality of discharge like print. It can be used on machine avoid choking or blocking the screens to achieve the quality of tonal print effect and it is an excellent product which is ready to use where the pigment effect is required with high definition detail print effects on darker fabric ground. Its non-drying characteristics support finer mesh 63T-100 T to achieve the desired quality of print on dark ground of fabrics.
