Field of Application

AQUA EXTRA DT SERIES is used in garments screen printing industry as a rubber transparent and white paste for ready use. The paste is prepared mixing AQUA BASE EXTRA DT and AQUA WHITE EXTRA DT at required ratio (upon the pantone shade and type of fabric and shade or color of fabric ground) and up to 4~8% of pigment loading with other additives in order to improve the required color and wash fastness and to achieve opacity and coverage, and where the soft handle rubber effect with good stretchy and matte feel to be expected on light and dark ground fabrics.

 

 

Background of the development

AQUA EXTRA DT SERIES is mainly design for use in carousel or oval screen printing machines and are excellent products which are ready to use where rubberized effect for vector and tonal design is required with stretchy, matte soft and good coverage. It’s slow-drying characteristics support the mesh 43T-77T mesh and it can easily achieve the desired quality of print with color depth on light and dark ground of cotton and poly cotton blend fabrics.
